The Georgetown women's cross country program opened the 2011 season with a team win at the Harry Groves Invitational hosted by Penn State in State College, Pa. The Hoyas also came away with the individual win as freshman Hannah Neczypor (North Royalton, Ohio/North Royalton) took first place, leading the GU runners to six of the top eight spots. Georgetown dominated the team competition with a mere 16 points for first place followed by Ohio University (84), Geneseo State (94), Mansfield (117), Penn State "B" (152), Youngstown State (157), Cortland State (165), Dickinson (167) and Westfield State (256).
